It's Time to Connect

Exodus 17: 8 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.
And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. 9 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. 10 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. 11 But Moses’ hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. 12 And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.
The year 2026 is a time to connect if you will succeed in the battle ahead. The year 2026 is equivalent to the Jewish calendar year 5786. The number 6 is the Hebrew letter 'VAV' and it speaks of Hook or Connecting. The number 6 is also the number of man. So we are in a year or season of the Hook where man must connect.
You cannot make it alone. The Bible says that it is not good that man should be alone (Genesis 2:18). Man must hook up or connect if you will fulfill your vision and destiny.
You must connect to God. Moses held his rod up towards heaven - symbolic of connecting to God. Your relationship with God is of paramount importance in 2026. You must give the Lord priority in everything (Matthew 6:33). As Jesus said, without me you can do nothing (John 15:5).
You must also connect to others. Moses connected himself to Aaron and Hur on top of the mountain. They helped to hold Moses' hands up. You need people around you that will hold your hands up. That will help you and not hurt you. People that have your interest at heart.
You also need to attend and belong to a local church. Be an integral part of the Body of Christ. Connect to the corporate assembly and worship (Hebrews 10:25; Psalms 133)
Make the right connections in 2026 and you will win the fight despite the challenges.
